IATF 16949: The 2016 standard integrates the essence of QS9000, VDA6.1, AVSQ and EAQF to provide a global standard for automotive suppliers, which is the highest standard of quality management system currently recognized by the industry. The automotive industry quality system standard formulated by IATF in IATF 16949:2016 clearly stipulates that the organization shall have qualified internal auditors.
