What is the requirement for irradiance in the IV test of PV module?
The irradiance of the array surface of the test module shall be ≥ 700W/m2.
What are the requirements for infrared (IR) scanning test of photovoltaic modules?
(1) The array is in normal mode, and the array surface irradiance should be ≥ 400W/m2, and the maximum wind speed is 28km/h;
(2) When the temperature difference of the outer surface of the same component is more than 20 ℃, it shall be deemed that hot spots occur.
How to test the insulation resistance and grounding continuity of combiner box?
Test the insulation performance of photovoltaic combiner box. Between the circuit and the exposed conductive parts, the insulation resistance of each circuit to the ground nominal voltage in the combiner box shall not be less than 1000 Ω/V. Under 1000V excitation voltage, the insulation resistance of positive and negative busbar of combiner box shall not be less than 1M Ω. Check the grounding conductivity of photovoltaic combiner box, and the connection resistance shall not exceed 1 Ω.
What is inverter conversion efficiency and power quality test?
The inverter conversion efficiency mainly tests the maximum conversion efficiency of the inverter under operating conditions. The inverter power quality shall meet the requirements of the contract and relevant standards. The detection contents include three-phase current, voltage, DC component, harmonic content and power factor.
