What are the contents of domestic wind turbine type approval?
The standards for type approval of domestic wind turbine generator units are based on IEC standards and relevant national standards, and are combined with the special certification rules of each certification authority, mainly including design evaluation, type test, factory inspection and other certification modules. The type approval is aimed at the evaluation and review of the design, structure, process, production, quality, performance, consistency and other aspects of the wind turbine generator set. The purpose is to ensure that the wind turbine generator system carries out designed input, designed output and verification according to the design conditions, relevant standards and other technical requirements, and is manufactured by a qualified and competent manufacturer of the complete machine, so as to ensure that the wind turbine generator system is installed, tested, operated and maintained, ultimately providing technical support for the wind turbine unit to be put into the market.
The design evaluation mainly includes six aspects: load evaluation, control and protection system evaluation, component test verification, mechanical and electrical component evaluation, manufacturing scheme and process evaluation, and installation and maintenance scheme evaluation.
