What should I do if the sampling openings do not meet the method standards and specifications?
(If the sampling position does not meet the requirements of the method standards and specifications, the pollutant discharge enterprise can be asked to transform the flue. If it is difficult to meet the requirements due to the site and process conditions, the more suitable pipe section can be selected for sampling, but the distance between the sampling section and the elbow should be at least 1.5 times the diameter of the flue, and the number of measuring points and sampling frequency should be appropriately increased. The flow rate field of the sampling location can also be predicted. If the ratio of the maximum flow rate to the minimum flow rate of the monitoring section is greater than 3, the sampling point is encrypted at least 1 times, and holes can be opened in both horizontal and vertical directions for sampling.
What should be done if there is no obvious wind direction during unorganized exhaust gas monitoring, or if the wind direction changes during monitoring?
When there is no organized monitoring, it is suitable for monitoring when the wind speed is low, but there is no obvious wind direction or the wind direction changes more than 45°, it is not suitable for unorganized monitoring of the factory boundary, and appropriate weather conditions should be selected.
How to monitor gaseous pollutants emitted by stationary air pollution sources when there is no supporting standard analysis method?
Under normal circumstances, when the state promulgates a certain air pollutant emission standard, there are national test and analysis methods to support it, but for various reasons, the analysis method standard lags behind. In order to compensate for this problem, some emission standards use the form of standard text appendix to indicate the analysis method. For example, in Appendix A of "Emission Standard for Cooking Fume" (GB 18483-2001) : Sampling method and analysis method for cooking fume; There are emission standards required to refer to the former State Environmental Protection Bureau presided over the "air and waste gas monitoring and Analysis Methods" (published by China Environmental Science Press) book. However, according to the spirit of Circular Letter [2009] 131, after the implementation of the new standard, the use of the methods in the publications listed in the preceding paragraph should be discontinued, and the corresponding new monitoring method standards should be implemented.
What kinds of air pollution?
Air pollution can be divided into primary pollution, secondary pollution and compound pollution. The sources of primary pollution can be divided into natural sources and man-made sources. Natural source pollutants refer to pollutants produced by nature, such as volcanic eruptions, plant releases and other pollutants. Anthropogenic pollutants refer to the pollutants emitted by human production and living activities, including fuel combustion, industrial emissions, traffic emissions and agricultural activities. Carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen oxides (NOX), PM2.5, PM10, etc., are usually directly emitted by the source of pollution, known as primary pollutants; Secondary pollutants are defined relative to primary pollutants. Primary pollutants discharged into the environment, under the physical and chemical action or biological changes, or with other substances in the environment chemical reaction or photochemical reaction formed by the physical and chemical properties and primary pollutants of new pollutants, called secondary pollutants, also known as secondary pollutants. Secondary pollutants are converted from volatile organic compounds, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, etc. Common secondary pollutants include sulfuric acid and sulfate, nitric acid and nitrate, ozone, acrolein, photochemical smog, etc. The combination of primary and secondary pollutants in the atmosphere leads to the formation of ozone pollution and particulate matter pollution. They have a long life and are transported from upwind to downwind by regional transmission. Local pollution eventually leads to regional pollution, and even produces heavy pollution. The above kinds of pollution are superimposed on each other, and should be coupled with the polyphase reaction. The phenomenon of interaction between local and regional air pollution is called compound air pollution.
